- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 11:00 PM will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- Order Transit Time: After processing, orders typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping carrier availability.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping destination and the weight of the items ordered.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
