Learning Through PLAYtrays® Tuff Trays are tested and compliant with applicable U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) requirements for children’s products.

Learning Through PLAYtrays TUFF Trays are supported by a U.S. Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) and independent third-party LAB testing. Made from durable BPA-free PE and PP plastics commonly used in food containers.
Our trays meet important U.S. safety standards, including:

These tests help ensure the materials used in our trays are appropriate for children's products. Unlike many trays that are adapted from utility trays, Learning Through PLAYtrays Tuff Trays are designed specifically for children's play environments.

Manufacturing Oversight
Co-founder Daniel oversees manufacturing processes and works closely with production partners to maintain consistent quality control, responsible material usage, and precise production standards.
Our trays are produced using an upgraded manufacturing process designed to support long-term durability and classroom use.
We are committed to responsible production practices. Approximately 90% of raw material is utilized during manufacturing, and the remaining material is recycled back into production wherever possible to reduce waste. This is due to the custom mold we purposely designed in 2024 - exclusive to Leaning Through PLAYtrays by EDU-NATION.
