During the tea party, we chatted about the scents of fall and explored how the different elements felt to the touch, from the smooth surface of pumpkins to the delicate petals of flowers.

Bubbles are always fun for kids! Our fairy showed us how to create a bubble dome around a pumpkin, adding a fun, scientific game to playtime. It’s simple—just mix regular bubble solution with a bit extra dish soap for stronger, bigger bubbles. This activity is not only fun but also introduces basic STEM concepts in an enjoyable way in the Tuff Tray.
PLAYtray 3: Pumpkin Volcano Potions
For a extra magical play experience in the Tuff PLAYtray, our fairy used a real pumpkin to make a volcano. By mixing baking soda, dish soap, and white vinegar, we created a spectacular eruption right inside the pumpkin! This activity is perfect for demonstrating chemical reactions while ensuring it's all in good fun.
